What do changes in menstruation, osteoporosis, depression, anxiety, constipation, diarrhea, hair growth in unwanted places, fatigue, memory problems, sleep issues and unintended weight changes, such as weight gain or weight loss all have in common? They may be symptoms of a hormonal imbalance.
Perhaps you are, or you know someone who is, experiencing one or even several of the conditions mentioned above. If so, you're not alone. Hormonal imbalances are not unusual and can occur at different points during our lifetime. These variations can be as a result of external or internal circumstances and can negatively affect the way our entire body functions.
As one writer puts it, "sometimes hormone levels can be thrown out of balance. Depending on the cause, hormonal imbalances can be temporary or chronic. And while modern medicine tends to treat them with medications, it turns out there’s often a lot you can do to balance hormones naturally."
Now that got my attention! I'm all for doing everything I do 'naturally' and especially when it comes to balancing my hormones! :-) I'm sure you'll agree. Find out exactly how to do that here
and then let me know if any of this was helpful in any way. I always love getting your feedback.
